Gbenga is the Managing Director of Hanovia Limited where he oversees the overall operations and strategic direction of the firm. He is a seasoned public health and management professional with extensive expertise in project coordination, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), impact assessment, survey management, data management, and technical report writing. Over the years, he has developed strong competence in managing development and donor-funded programmes, particularly within the healthcare and public sector space. His professional experience spans programme implementation, research, and evaluation across multiple countries, positioning him as a highly skilled development management specialist with a strong understanding of international development frameworks and public health systems.
Gbenga has broad experience working on donor-funded projects supported by organisations such as the World Bank, WHO, UNICEF, USAID, and other development partners. His expertise covers project management, quantitative research, monitoring and evaluation, impact evaluation studies, and data-driven programme implementation. He has also worked across Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal, and South Africa, gaining valuable international exposure in public health and development consulting.
Academically, Gbenga holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the School of Public Health, University of the Western Cape. He also possesses a Diploma in Project Management from Maastricht School of Management, a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from African Medical and Research Foundation (AMREF), and a Certificate in Quantitative Research Methods from the School of Public Health, University of the Western Cape, South Africa. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and the People’s Health Movement. Gbenga is fluent in English and Yoruba languages.
