Adeniyi S. Ojo

Adeniyi heads the New Business Development department at Hanovia Limited. He has previously worked in the Program Management Department of the firm as a Senior Programme Manager and currently oversees all activities related to new businesses, partnership, bidding, report writing, and documentation – in the new business development department. He also coordinates the implementation of selective surveys and research studies for the firm. He is result-oriented and performance-driven. His professional experience dates back to the University of Ibadan Linkage Centre for Cleaner Production Technology & Hazardous Waste Management, where he served as a field officer, evaluating persistent organic pollutants and integrating waste management. He has served as State Team Lead over the years in the implementation of World Bank, WHO, and UNICEF-sponsored projects. He has years of cognate experience working with non-governmental/non-profit organizations.

Adeniyi holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Chemistry and Pollution Control from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, and a Mini-MBA certification from Tekedia Institute, Boston, USA. He holds certificates in research methods and data visualization from the Leaders of Africa Institute, USA, and has attended courses on data analysis and manuscript writing at the Central Office of Research, Obafemi Awolowo University. He also holds a professional certificate in Global Health Project Management from the University of Washington, a Certificate in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a Certificate in BSAFE from the United Nations Department of Safety and Security. He has extensive experience in M&E, data management, quality assurance, data analysis and visualization, report development, and new business development, as well as project management. He knows STATA, ODK, SurveyCTO, and CSPro
Adeniyi’s interest is in bidding, project management for quantitative, qualitative, and impact evaluation studies. He is also passionate about the Sustainable Development Goals three (Good Health and Well-being) and four (Quality Education). He speaks English and Yoruba fluently.
