Elizabeth Ponmile

Elizabeth is the Ag. Head of New Business Development Department at Hanovia Limited, where she leads strategic initiatives across business development, partnerships, bidding, human resource management and technical documentation. In her role, she works closely with clients, partners, consultants, and stakeholders, leveraging her strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain productive professional relationships. She is recognized as a critical and creative thinker with a strong ability to analyse challenges, develop practical solutions, and contribute to the successful delivery of organisational objectives.

Academically, Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Microbiology from Obafemi Awolowo University. She also possesses expertise in research for development, communication for impact, opportunity evaluation, marketing, and relationship management. Elizabeth is passionate about sustainable development, mentoring young people and contributing innovative, evidence-based solutions to development challenges.
