Emmanuel serves as a Programme Manager at Hanovia Limited, where he brings over five years of progressive experience in project coordination, programme management, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, survey management, and technical reporting. He plays an active role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of research and development projects, contributing significantly to the successful delivery of organisational programmes. Emmanuel is recognized for his analytical mindset, technical competence, and ability to coordinate project activities effectively while ensuring quality and accuracy in data collection and reporting processes. His growing expertise in public health and research implementation enables him to contribute meaningfully to evidence-based programme development and evaluation.
Emmanuel has been actively involved in the design and development of survey instruments, ensuring that data collection tools accurately capture information required to meet project goals and objectives. He also provides technical support for the implementation of surveys, research studies, and reporting activities within the firm. His professional experience spans impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation, survey coordination, and qualitative data analysis. In addition, he possesses strong analytical and organisational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. He is also experienced in qualitative data analysis tools such as NVivo and ATLAS.ti.
Academically, Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Microbiology from Kwara State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree. He has also completed professional certifications in sustainable public procurement, selection and recruitment of consultants, performance-based procurement, and foundations of data, further strengthening his expertise in programme implementation and project management.
