Emmanuel is a research data management and impact evaluation specialist at Hanovia Limited with strong expertise in data quality assurance, impact evaluation design, advanced statistical analysis, and econometric modelling. He possesses extensive experience in survey design, digital data collection, geospatial analysis, and evidence-based research implementation across multiple sectors including health, education, agriculture, energy, and water. Recognized for his analytical strength and technical precision, Emmanuel has contributed significantly to the development of data-driven insights that support policy formulation and programme improvement at national and regional levels. His experience also includes coordinating large-scale field operations and managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality and reliable data collection processes.

Emmanuel has extensive hands-on experience in survey programming and implementation using platforms such as SurveyCTO, KoboCollect, ODK, and Survey Solutions. He is highly proficient in analytical and statistical tools including Stata, R, Python, SQL, and SPSS. He also possesses advanced geospatial analysis skills using ArcGIS, QGIS, and Google Earth Engine, alongside strong data visualization capabilities with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Google Looker. His expertise includes spatial database development, dashboard creation, field coordination, data quality monitoring, and advanced analytics.

Academically, Emmanuel holds a Master’s Degree in International Development from Ahmadu Bello University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and International Studies from Kogi State University.
