The baseline survey sought to carry out data collecon in public and private health facilies that provide FP services in Akwa Ibom State and Oyo State. The objecves of the baseline assessment were to: i. Collect baseline health facility data in Akwa Ibom and Oyo States to idenfy health workers that need to be trained on FP services ii. Provide robust evidence on exisng FP service delivery skill and capacity gaps that are crical to SHOPS Plus planning and implementaon A total of 242 health facilies comprising 164 public and 78 private health facilies were surveyed across both States
