Hanovia carried out the Geographical Information System (GIS) mapping of all Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs) in Abia, Benue, Bauchi, Ekiti and Osun States for the National Primary Health Care Development Agency. The firm has also delivered on various other GIS assignments that required the provision GIS template to electronically accommodate survey results (physical structures, manpower, medical equipment and epidemiological data) in public health facilities in States like Abia, Ekiti, Kogi, Osun, Enugu and FCT.
The use of digital maps facilitates the appropriate location of health facilities, distribution of services delivered, equipment, personnel and determination of under-serviced areas to inform health planning and programming.
