Our firm was selected to carry out the quantitative data collection to measure management practices at Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) under performance-based financing (PBF) in the 3 States of Adamawa, Nasarawa, and Ondo States (2016). The objectives of the study are to:
- Develop a management scorecard to measure management practices at PHCs under a PBF scheme in developing countries
- Validate the scorecard in Nigeria
- Examine the association between management practice scores and performance of PHCs under the PBF scheme
The survey covered a randomly selected 110 PHCs across the 3 States.
