Segun Oguntoyinbo

Segun Oguntoyinbo is the Chairman of Hanovia Limited and a seasoned healthcare management specialist with extensive experience in health systems development, primary healthcare, immunization service delivery, epidemiological studies, procurement management, project supervision, human resource development, and geographical information systems. He possesses deep expertise in healthcare management and has consistently demonstrated strong leadership in both formal and informal sectors. His ability to foster collaboration and teamwork among multidisciplinary professionals has contributed significantly to the successful execution of several development-focused initiatives. Segun is also highly skilled in coordinating and supervising complex healthcare and institutional development programmes, with a strong understanding of public sector healthcare operations and development partner frameworks.

Segun has extensive experience managing consultants and overseeing the implementation of various development programmes. He has collaborated with both international and local consultants in the delivery of major consulting assignments and has strong familiarity with the operational mandates of government ministries of health and key development agencies. He played a significant role in the institutional re-organisation planning of Nigeria’s National Programme for Immunisation (NPI) in preparation for its merger with the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), including the design of a strategic plan and organisational structure for the integrated agency. He has also participated in several monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment studies, including assessments of healthcare system development programmes and monitoring activities across multiple states in Nigeria.

Academically, Segun holds a Master’s Degree in Microbiology and a Diploma in Health Planning and Management. He is fluent in English and also speaks Yoruba and Hausa Languages
