Upward Aniki

Upward is a dedicated human resource officer driven by an enthusiasm for efficient human resource management for the attainment of corporate and employee goals. She oversees various human resource functions including workforce planning; recruitment and onboarding of new staff; employee training and development; performance management; communication; welfare and policy implementation.

Upward is trustworthy and exudes integrity in all status quo. She is honest, empathetic, able to listen well and communicate ideas clearly. During her leisure, Upward enjoys story writing and has two published novels to her name (a Trip to Space and The Game).

Upward holds a B.A Ed in Education and English, from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria.
