Upward is a dedicated and experienced Human Resource professional at Hanovia Limited with several years of experience in human resource management and employee relations. As a Registered Human Resource Manager and Certified Personnel Manager, she plays a key role in managing staff relations and supporting the development of a productive, inclusive, and goal-oriented work environment within the organisation. She is passionate about effective human resource management that promotes both organisational growth and employee development.
