The objecve of the health evaluaon was to collect quantave and qualitave informaon from State level Ministry of Health (MOH) program office staff, and selected facilies in six target States of Bayelsa, Ebonyi, Gombe, Kebbi, Nasarawa and Ogun in Nigeria. This consultancy was awarded as a component of an independent evaluaon of the SDG-3 Healthy Lives in Nigeria (2016 – 2019). The consultancy involved health data collecon at State Level using 3 of 5 triangulated methodologies. These include: 1) Health system assessment (HSA); 2) A rapid health situaon assessment; and 3) key informant interviews (KIIs). In total, 60 health facility assessments, 54 health system assessments and 66 KIIs with SMOH staff were conducted across the 6 States of Bayelsa, Ebonyi, Gombe, Kebbi, Nasarawa and Ogun.
