Impact Evaluation Baseline Survey for Skill for Job Component of Youth Employment Social Support Operation (YESSO) – NDE (2018)
This survey was conducted on 3,000 beneficiaries of YESSO project in Bauchi, Cross River and Kogi States. The survey collected information on beneficiaries’ education and other training, cognitive and non-cognitive skills, employment, entrepreneurship and management practices, aspirations and expectations, and decision making and gender norms among others.
The objectives of the survey were to: (a) collect data on all indicators of the project as described in the results framework for the project (b) provide benchmarks against which any changes resulting from Government or NGO’s interventions will be measured and (c) establish priority areas of intervention and to provide information against which the project’s progress and effectiveness will be measured.
